Desktop Application

The dystribute.tv Desktop application helps to manage the download of very large files. Files can also be automatically downloaded as soon as they come available, from users you have selected.

There is no cost to using the desktop application and you require only your dystribute.tv username and password to access the application.

Installation

This application uses Adobe Air so please ensure that you have the latest version installed. Adobe Air will install on Windows, Mac & Linux (system requirements are below).

Then, simple click the 'Install Desktop Application' in the box below and follow the prompts. You must have Adobe Flash installed to view the below.

- Intel Core™ Duo 1.83GHz or faster processor; PowerPC® G4 1GHz or faster processor
- Mac OS X 10.4.11 or Mac OS X 10.5.4 and 10.5.5
- 512MB of RAM

Linux

- Intel® Pentium® III 1GHz or faster processor, 512MB of RAM
- Recommended: Pentium 4 2GHZ or faster, 1GB RAM
- Fedora 8 and later, Ubuntu 7.10 and later, OpenSuse 10.3 and later
- xterm should be present on the system
