The fourth round of the 2009 Powerboat P1 World Championship takes us to Gothenberg, Sweden during the weekend 7th-9th August.

The Championship creates a dramatic spectacle, as the sleek yet highly powered racing boats embark upon a series of closely fought off-shore endurance races across Europe. The venues for 2009 are Malta, Turkey, Italy ,Sweden and Sicily.

Teams from around the world will compete in the Evolution or Supersport Class races.

After Round 3 in Italy, the Evolution class is led by British Team Silverline (47) and the Supersports Class by the Seagull Chaudron Ukrainian Spirit (43)
